Job Description

Huckberry is looking for a passionate, skilled product developer to help bring our apparel product to life with their extensive experience in product development and tech design. You will manage the product life cycle from product development through production while ensuring quality standards and accuracy are met. The position requires knowledge of apparel construction, fit, and garment costing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage product life cycle from product development to production while working closely with design and merchandising and global calendar to ensure all major milestones are met
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of accurate techpacks (CAD, BOM and specs)
• Ensure cost targets are being met with strong negotiation skills
• Leading calendar process for your assigned styles and managing approvals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our vendors and mill partners
• Allocate POs and work in partnership with our factories to ensure on-time deliveries

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years experience in Product Development and/or Technical Design in multiple categories (Mens product experience is a plus!)
• Must be proficient in PLM, Illustrator, Google suite and Excel
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Razor sharp attention to detail along with strong follow through
• Demonstrate proactive problem solving skills
• Highly organized and strong time management skills
• Works well within a collaborative environment with cross functioning teams
• Domestic and international travel may be required
