    Position: Back Office Assistant

    Location: Newport Beach, CA.

    Compensation: $25/ Hr

    Schedule: 40 hrs a week

    Duties: Under supervision, the Back Office Assistant performs a variety of back office and clerical duties in support of the patient care activities, ensuring even patient flow and continuous communication with RN’s, employees and leaders.

    -The Back Office Assistant greets and assists patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, and escorts patients to room.

    Job Qualifications: -Minimum one (1) year previous medical back-office experience, preferably within an acute healthcare system environment.

    -High school graduate or equivalent.

    Preferred Education: -Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field.

    Required Certifications & Licensure: -BLS certification. -Graduate of Medical Assistant program or equivalent work experience.
