    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Senior Manager of Transportation, this is skilled administrative and operations work related to Risk Management and Safety disciplines. The primary duties include preparing reports and recording information about on-site incidents. The person in this position will establish and maintain office records, type, and prepare reports and documents and perform other clerical duties as assigned. Work will involve contact with department supervisors, as well the drivers and other employees. Work is varied and diverse in nature and requires independent judgment in completing and coordinating assignments. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Essential Duties:

    Schedule is Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM

    Compiling and completing payroll

    Preparing and keying outbound Fed Ex orders for shipping

    Daily paper work audit (log sheet, SW form, quality form)

    Compiling and sending DQF to First Advantage

    Continuously monitor DQF to ensure constant compliance to DOT regulations

    Collecting all needed DOT required documentation from Drivers

    Organizing travel arrangements for drivers

    Facilitiating pre-employment and random drug screening for drivers

    Maintaining and entering truck mileage

    Completing Quality reports

    Completing accident reports

    Other duties, as assigned

    Qualifications and Skills

    High school diploma or GED required

    Intermediate Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry skills

    Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook; other Microsoft Office Suite products, a plus

    Must be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol screening as directed
