About the Role:

Huddle House - Parker Oil Company, Inc is seeking a General Manager to join our team in Bracey, VA. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Huddle House restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and supervising staff

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers

Monitor and analyze financial performance and implement improvements

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in restaurant management

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
