    **Superior Fence & Rail of Greenville is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. **

    Paid training for 8 weeks. Target compensation is $130-150K per year - with potential to earn more depending on close rate. Laptop provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle provided between 30-60 days after the training period has been completed. 401k match of 4%. The territory for this position is the Greenville area, so the candidate should reside in or near Greenville, SC.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • **Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training **

    • **Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products **

    • Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up

    • Attend the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

    • Maintain acceptable close rates as per company standards

    • Complete all contracts and paperwork efficiently and within deadline

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2 - 3 years of Prior Outside Sales experience Required

    • 2 - 3 years of In-Home Sales Experience Preferred

    • Individuals with Fence or Lumber Industry Knowledge is preferred

    • Pass background check (no felony convictions)

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Strong presentation and listening skills

    • Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors

    • Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

    • Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic

    • Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)

    • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and reliable transportation

    The Superior candidate will be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience, strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission.
