Job Description

Overview The Acquisitions Analyst is responsible for supporting the Acquisitions team and CEO with research, analysis, and underwriting with the goal of identifying and acquiring multifamily properties. Additionally, the Acquisitions Analyst will support the Investor Relations Team and CEO in developing investor marketing materials for each acquisition. Responsibilities · Collaborate between Acquisitions and Investor Relations in preparing investor updates and market research; · Collaborate on the financial modeling of multifamily real estate investments in Microsoft Excel; · Assist with due diligence process on active multifamily acquisitions, including but not limited to lease audits, contract review and market research; · Maintain and grow internal workflow management systems and deal software, specifically redIQ™, Slack™, and Monday™; · Assist with the entire investment process from initial structuring through post-funding asset management; Desired Qualifications · Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university · Finance or Accounting background preferred · 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in multifamily Required Skills · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint · Proactive and possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment · Superior organization, analytical, verbal, and written skill
