JOB TITLE: IT Assistant
REPORTS TO: Chief Quality and Corporate Compliance Officer

DUTIES:
· Creates and maintains Power BI reports in Office-based group.
· Creates and maintains SharePoint sites (CM, CRD, Finance, HR, Operations, Sups), including lists, pages, and additional apps inside each site.
· Creates and maintains company documents (including youth charts) on SharePoint drive.
· Assists CQCCO with distributing, collecting, and inputting data from agency surveys (youth time of transition surveys, follow up surveys post-transition, internal job satisfaction surveys, external 360 evaluations, etc.) and transferring them to SharePoint sites.
· Acts as back up to IT Support/Admin Asst staff for laptop/tablet, landline and agency mobile phone set up and troubleshooting.
· Provides consultation to Management Team on improving office technology, including data tracking, workflow, data analysis, website development, and social media presence.
· Trains and assists incoming and current staff on office technology, including OneDrive, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
· Works closely with the Community Resource Department, including providing communications and logistics for events.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION: BA degree and proven IT competence (Microsoft certifications preferred)
SKILLS:
Microsoft 365 Office (Admin, Azure, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, PPTx, SharePoint, Word).
Microsoft Power Automate (Flow, Power BI); certifications preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Driver’s license in satisfactory standing.
