We are an independent brokerage with multiple carrier offerings for personal lines, business insurance, group health/life, and Medicare. This is a sales and service role without direct reports. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals. • Provide support to existing sales and service staff as needed Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales, management, or experience that demonstrates a pattern of increased responsibility and results • Proven track record of successful sales negotiation skills • Strong ability to multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must have US work authorization Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
