DIGITAL MARKETING OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Allure Pet Products, LLC/HuggleHounds, a fast-growing pet products manufacturer specializing in premium pet toys and accessories, is seeking an energetic, hard-working individual to join our team as DIGITAL MARKETING OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE. The Digital Marketing Operations Associate will drive execution of operational functions and coordination of digital marketing with internal stakeholders. This role will report to the company’s Managing Partner. Ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in a digital support role, with exposure to a variety of platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of multiple websites – both consumer and wholesale. Ideal candidate will be able to coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure communications are seamless across platforms, and that our brands’ ethos, language and voice and maintained regardless of channel.

· Responsible for creating, managing, and publishing content on variety of ecommerce websites.

· Regular monitoring and auditing of our platform content to ensure accuracy.

· Work closely with Operations team to ensure all product inventory updates are handled.

• Own the creation and fulfillment of wholesale-facing promotions.
• Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of internal digital operations processes by finding efficiency gains and reviewing and refining recurring processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT MEMBER OF THE HUGGLEHOUNDS PACK:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content or digital
• Methodical planner and high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Experience with Photoshop or graphics editing software a plus
• Experience with web development a plus
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships
• Ability to work on own initiative

SALARY IS $50-60K
