Hughes Real Estate Group of Silvercreek Realty, the top home-selling team in the state of Idaho for over a decade, is seeking a full-time, in-office Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will engage in regular communication and interactions with real estate industry professionals over the phone. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to our continued success by generating leads, overcoming objections, and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities: • Make regular phone calls to real estate agents to generate leads and form connections. • Devote an average of 5-8 hours daily to telephone conversations, with the goal of achieving a call rate of 60-80 outbound calls while successfully overcoming objections. • Provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries, giving out information about our services, and presenting helpful resources. • Employ active listening and strong communication abilities to comprehend the demands and preferences of potential customers. • Maintain precise records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups via CRM software. • Cooperate with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule appointments and guarantee a streamlined interview process. • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and company products to effectively engage with potential clients. • Demonstrate a strong dedication to learning and adapting to new systems and technologies. Qualifications: • At least 6 to 12 months of outbound phone experience. • Possession of a valid Idaho Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred, but not essential. • Confident working in a collaborative and open-minded environment; willing to learn from co-workers. • Comfortable with working at a computer and making outbound phone calls throughout most of the work day.
