Job Description

Our client is a well-known title company searching for an individual with experience in Residential and/or Commercial closings. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working for Title companies in Texas.   Job duties:

• Receipting Contracts and Earnest Money
• Reviewing Title Commitments and taking steps necessary to ensure a clear title
• Preparing HUD’s, CDF’s, Commercial Settlement Statements and distributing closing documents
• Face-to-Face meetings with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers to obtain signatures and complete transactions
• Reconciliation of Deposits and disbursement of Escrow funds

Experience and education:

• Ramquest Software experience a plus
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working Residential Title in Texas; additional experience with Commercial Title is a plus
• Licensed Escrow Officer (preferred)
• Notary (preferred)

 The right individual will be a polished professional with excellent communication skills both electronically and in-person. Ability to collaborate and possess sound research and decision-making skills. Must be attentive to detail and be able to meet deadlines. This is an in-office based opportunity.
