Job Description: The Human Capital Department is seeking a Human Capital Administrator to assist in the hiring, recruiting, and talent acquisition of our growing team. This individual is responsible for overseeing hiring and recruiting processes across many departments, assisting the Human Capital Director in the process of phone screening all candidates, onboarding new hires, documentation upkeep, I-9 compliance, communication with candidates, and responding to LinkedIn and direct messages. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting in employee recognition projects and fulfillment, organization of recruiting platforms, creating job descriptions, completing reference and background checks, seeing the hiring process from start to finish, email correspondence, and new hire checklists. Note that this position requires a high level of competency, integrity, and confidentiality above all. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work individually and collaboratively, pay close attention to detail, and be highly organized. ****
