    The CAREER PATH FOR THIS POSITION IS ARCHITECT I, II AND III. If someone is interested in getting greater responsibilities and compensation, they have a path for that. With this being a smaller company, they can create new positions. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should be the following:

    • Creating the planning for technology changes
    • Keeping up with current technology
    • Being the go to person for software application changes
    • Advising and instructing the Microsoft stack developers / programmers / architects
    • Being responsible for start to finish software design
    • Being responsible for software code reviews
    • Determining IT staff and skill needs

    Candidates will have a MINIMUM BACKGROUND consisting of the following:

    • 5 years of design and development experience with Microsoft Stack (.NET, C#, SQL)
    • Experience managing the full software life cycle
    • Strong enterprise software application architecture
    • Ability to handle change.

    A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related would be preferred but not required.
