    Principal duties/Roles and responsibilities:

If so, we may have the job for you. What will you do? You will play a significant role in taking the organization to the next level of performance and capabilities in the Salesforce practice. The Salesforce Senior Product Manager / Salesforce Product Manager will be part of the Application Services Group and work with a cross-functional team of Salesforce solution architects, UX designers, business partners to turn customer ideas into desirable products and technical solutions. You will engage closely with the Salesforce solution team to determine the best implementation methods and schedules. We are looking for someone who is curious about solving customer problems and has experience defining product vision and strategy. In this role you are expected to synthesize our client’s market strategy, product strategy and requirements into a strategic roadmap and sprint plan in an Agile Scrum environment.

    • Work with business partners to develop general technology solutions and Salesforce CRM solutions that align with business and technical strategies |
    • Understand Salesforce capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers and other stakeholders. |
    • Owns Salesforce product portfolio and drives product strategy and direction for IT-led initiatives
    • Facilitate/lead discovery workshops with customers, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
    • Evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests for Salesforce products, set product release schedules and create product forecasts to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
    • Design Salesforce product roadmaps and create presentations about our products and services
    • Create structured and measurable outcomes for the team that tie back to program goals
    • Identify strategies to support amazing customer experiences and ongoing Salesforce customer engagements
    • Identify key opportunities for organizational improvement, as well as development of technical or process enhancements to increase operational efficiencies, or reduce costs associated with the use of Salesforce
    • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce release cycles
    • Be the trusted advisor for Salesforce automation

    Required Skills/Must Have:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology or similar; Master’s Degree preferred
    • Sr. Product Manager typically requires 7 years of experience in developing innovative, technical product, Product Manager typically requires 3 years in developing innovative, technical products
    • 2 years Salesforce experience (preferably Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud)
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build customized solutions and execute the solution by leveraging SFDC Configuration.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals and to evolve product strategy based on customer research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and experience with design thinking, design sprints, or experiment creation methods
    • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Knowledge of other technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem like CPQ, MuleSoft, etc., desirable
    • Proficiency with agile development tools such as JIRA and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
    • Budgeting, estimation, and projection management for the assigned business/accounts
    • Effective resource allocation and billability management
    • Familiarity with Industry best practices in software and solutions development
    • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn new skills

    Preferred Certifications-
    • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Certified Salesforce Admin
    • Other Salesforce consultant certifications (Sales, Community, Marketing)
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • PMP / Product Manager / PPM
