We're looking for someone with great UI/UX skills who also understands direct response marketing.  We're launching an ambitious digital strategy to accelerate our recent growth and you'll collaborate with our CEO and CMO to put the plan in place.  You'll design sales pages, update our website and customer portal, and create graphics for social media and other channels. You're right for this job if you you think of yourself as an entrepreneur, you love being around creative marketing minds, and getting stuff done gets you excited.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop original website design ideas with intelligent UI/UX
• Build sales pages and funnel campaigns that convert
• Interact with the team to share and discuss design ideas
• Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Discuss designs and key deliverables to team
• Set design guidelines, best practices and standards

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Web Designer with a solid portfolio of completed projects
• Designs effective wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
• Excellent knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Wordpress
• Clickfunnels
• Adobe CS
• Strong graphic design and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Understand direct response marketing - you don't need to write the marketing message or the copy, but you need to know elements are required, and you need to recognize the difference between bad copy and effective copy.
