Our organization has been around for one year and continues to grow steadily. As we take on more clients, we are looking to expand our capacity and our team. We are offering a paid HR internship that may lead to a permanent position with room for growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Intern will be responsible for conducting research on federal and state HR law. They will be tasked with creating HR-related policies, protocols, and forms. Duties also include taking notes and organizing digital documents, attending regular meetings, and providing support for our client’s HR needs.
REQUIRED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Some college experience
Strong research skills
Knowledge of Riverside and San Bernardino counties
Working computer with reliable internet connection
Technical skills (e.g. web and app development)
Interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
PREFERRED
Business degree
HR experience
Understanding of social justice non-profit work
TRAVEL
Remote work and flexible schedule
Occasional travel to client’s offices
