Pay: $20hrly Schedule: Split shift, in two locations and various buildings -Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays -10am-2pm - St. Louis Service Base Area, 100 Arsenal St. St. Louis, MO 63110 AND -8pm-12am - 301 Riverlands Way West Alton, MO 63386 Hours: 25 hours a Week Minimum Requirements: -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Minimum 1 year team or leadership experience -Minimum 2-3 years' experience in care and cleaning of buildings -Competent with various computer software programs and smart phone apps (MS Word, Email, and Time systems Apps) -Must have demonstrated experience in buffing, waxing, stripping and carpet shampooing -Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make necessary changes -Demonstrated ability to consistently follow policy and procedures, safety protocols and government property guidelines -MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROOF OF INSURANCE COVERAGE -MUST HAVE ABILITY TO TRAVEL BETWEEN OFFICE LOCATIONS -MUST HAVE A DOJ SECURITY CLEARANCE OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO PASS A GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND SECURITY CLEARANCE Major Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to: -Monitoring all operations that affect quality of services at two city area locations to include several buildings. -Ensure the reliability and efficacy of service production by checking processes and output in all buildings required to be serviced and making corrections as necessary to maintain high quality standards. -Appraise site requirements and ensure they are 100% satisfied. -Inspect, report and resolve janitorial service quality issues. -Monitor, review and resolve janitorial issues related to current quality, policy and standards. -Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and other relevant documentation. -Ensure all performance standards are met with service completion at the end of all shifts. -Ensure no gap in service delivery, fill in for janitor shifts and complete janitorial services as needed. -Perform a variety of janitorial tasks to maintain clean and safe build grounds. -Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing the necessary information to resolve challenging situations. -Monitor inventory, complete inventory and handle supply order processes. -Maintain orderly operations, supplies, equipment areas for the janitorial team. -Communicate effectively and always deliver high quality customer service. -Report all malfunctions and quality assurance challenges and actions completed to HPC Headquarters team only. -Other duties as required.
