This is a part-time role (25 hours/week) to start, but after a successful 30-day probationary period, it transitions into a full-time position (up to 40 hours/week). We're all about growth for our clients, our team, and you. **

What You'll Be Doing:**
- Supporting the full recruitment cycle for our clients (primarily in optometry, veterinary, and dental fields)
-Managing job boards, resume screenings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
-Assisting with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional start to every new partnership
-Participating in client-facing account management, building relationships, and offering hiring insights
-Tracking and analyzing employment statistics to help improve our process and results
-Collaborating with our internal team to deliver an amazing hiring experience from start to finish **

What We're Looking For:**
- Someone who genuinely loves helping people find their next great hire—or their next great job
- Detail-oriented and super organized (you know how to juggle priorities like a pro)
- Comfortable with remote communication tools (email, Google Meet, CRMs, etc.)
- Bonus if you've worked in staffing, HR, admin, or a client-facing role before! **
