Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This individual will support business needs and ensure that the company strategy and objectives are properly implemented.
. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR policies and procedures, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, providing guidance and support.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and development needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs and initiatives to improve employee performance.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure that the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and assessments to gather feedback and improve HR practices.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure equitable and fair compensation practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
