What You'll Be Doing
- Talent Builder – Recruit, interview, and onboard talented individuals who contribute to the success of the organization.
- Employee Advocate – Serve as a resource for employees and managers by answering questions and providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Culture Champion – Help foster a positive work environment through employee engagement, recognition, and support programs.
- Compliance Pro – Maintain personnel files, track required training and certifications, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Benefits & Leave Coordinator – Assist employees with benefits enrollment, leave administration, and payroll-related processes.
- Payroll & HR Administrator – Process payroll for multiple departments, verify timekeeping accuracy, coordinate employee pay changes, support managers with payroll questions, and help ensure team members are paid accurately and on time.
- Problem Solver – Assist with investigations, employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Risk Manager – Coordinate workers' compensation claims, workplace injury reporting, and insurance-related documentation.
- Organization Expert – Maintain accurate records, monitor deadlines, and ensure HR processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Team Player – Support special projects as needed.
Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
- Hospitality experience a plus.
