About the Role
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR team and serve as the functional owner of our HR systems, with a primary focus on ADP Workforce Now. In this role, you will support both corporate teams and HR contacts across our supported franchise locations, helping ensure our HR systems are configured accurately, operate reliably, and deliver meaningful data that supports compliance and effective decision making.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in HR, understands HR processes firsthand, has used or supported ADP Workforce Now and has hands on experience configuring and supporting an HRIS environment. You will translate business and compliance needs into system solutions, partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement across our HR technology landscape. Supports United States and Canada operations.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary HR functional owner for ADP Workforce Now, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, franchise HR contacts, and ADP resources
Configure and maintain HRIS workflows, approvals, security, access, and self service functionality
Support core HR modules including employee data, onboarding, time off, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, performance, and reporting
Own HR system integrations and data feeds, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
Oversee third party vendors supporting HRIS configuration and enhancements, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery
Gather and translate business requirements into effective HRIS configurations and system solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and manage testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of system changes
Create and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Participate in projects, acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of HR experience such as HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar role
Significant hands on experience in an HRIS Analyst or HR Systems focused role with experience configuring workflows, approvals, and HR processes, and troubleshooting system and integration issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective HRIS configurations and solutions
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting ADP Workforce Now in a production environment
Experience supporting multi entity or multi location organizations, including operations in both the United States and Canada
Functional knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, time off, and benefits module configuration
Project management experience, including stakeholder partnership and organizational change management
Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or system implementations
