Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- A BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a background in the manufacturing sector, ideally with fabrication experience.
- A proven track record in change management and team building.
- Demonstrable experience with union/labor relations.
- A strong bias for action, a positive outlook, and the ability to effectively address conflict.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interacting effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ideally, experience gained in larger corporate environments, demonstrating the ability to implement scalable HR solutions.
