Your Next Big Opportunity: Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Are you an experienced HR leader looking for a truly impactful role with a rapidly growing, internationally owned manufacturing company? Our client, poised for significant expansion from $30M to $100M, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Human Resources Manager to drive their vision and transform their organization.

This is not a back-office role; it's a chance to be instrumental in shaping the future of a company. Our client, with roughly 100 employees across 3 locations, is looking for someone to help them evolve from a "Mom & Pop" feel to a highly functional, strategically driven business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to leave your mark, this is the opportunity for you!

    Why This Role is Different:

    • Direct Impact on Growth: You'll be a key player in achieving ambitious growth targets, driving strategic HR initiatives that directly support the company's expansion.
    • Comprehensive & Hands-On: This is a full-scope HR role. You'll manage everything from recruitment and retention, employee relations, and performance management, to running the payroll (using Paycor).
    • Lead Through Transformation: You'll be the champion of change, guiding the organization through exciting periods of growth and fostering a positive, adaptable culture.
    • Build & Develop Teams: Implement and oversee robust team-building programs, providing coaching and mentorship to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
    • Navigate Labor Relations: Your union/labor relations experience will be critical in fostering productive relationships and resolving complex issues.
    • Strategic Recruitment & Retention: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent as the company scales.
    • Problem Solver & Coach: You're not afraid to tackle challenges, provide constructive feedback, and coach leaders and employees to unlock their full potential.
    • Establish Best Practices: Bring your expertise to the table to establish proper HR methodologies, policies, and procedures, elevating the entire HR function.

    Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

    • A BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
    • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a background in the manufacturing sector, ideally with fabrication experience.
    • A proven track record in change management and team building.
    • Demonstrable experience with union/labor relations.
    • A strong bias for action, a positive outlook, and the ability to effectively address conflict.
    • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interacting effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Ideally, experience gained in larger corporate environments, demonstrating the ability to implement scalable HR solutions.

If you're a proactive, positive HR leader ready to truly shape a company's trajectory and have a significant impact, we encourage you to apply! Qualified candidates may be asked to give a short presentation as part of the interview process.
