    Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people. The ideal candidate is an experienced problem solver, highly organized, and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the company. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and supporting our culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

    Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours, in-office position

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

    Serve as a resource and advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters

    Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and care

    Oversee compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies

    Develop and implement HR procedures to support field and office teams

    Assist with performance management, training, and retention initiatives

    Maintain accurate HR records and support managers with employee documentation

    Manage employee insurance selections and benefits platforms

    Coordinate and assist with employee recognition initiatives, including Employee of the Month celebrations

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in Human Resources

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

    Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

    Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs

    HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, OSHA) a plus

    Required

    1. All applicants must be capable of passing a background check and have all required I-9 documentation

    2. Must be PC proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

    3. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer

    4. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions

    5. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

    6. Detail oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills

    7. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
