  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

    Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the HR team. This role will involve assisting with benefits administration, payroll support, onboarding, and general HR tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Benefits Support: Assist with employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, education assistance tracking, and renewal of memberships/industry designations.

    • Payroll Support: Process HRIS changes, assist with timesheet collection, and collaborate with Payroll Specialist on terminations and final pay.

    • Supply Orders: Order and maintain new hire supplies, tenure awards, company shirts, and business materials.

    • Meetings & Special Events: Support meetings, provide employee data for presentations, and assist with event coordination.

    • Recruiting Support: Assist with candidate testing, reference checks, and preparation of Non-Disclosure agreements.

    • Onboarding: Schedule and conduct HR onboarding sessions, ensuring compliance with new hire documentation.

    • General HR Support: Process new hires, transfers, terminations, assist with exit procedures, and maintain HRIS files and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR systems.

    • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
