    ****Position Summary

    We are seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator (US) to provide dedicated support to our International HR Generalist (based in Portugal) and our US-based Venue Operations team. This role will play an important part in managing HR and hiring processes for our US workforce, ensuring smooth payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with US employment requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR & Payroll Support

    • Assist with payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with internal teams and payroll providers.
    • Partner with our PEO (iSolved/Insperity) to support onboarding, employee data updates, benefits enrollments, and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain and update employee and contractor records, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
    • Support day-to-day HR administration, including documentation, contract preparation, and compliance tracking.
    • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and policies, escalating complex issues to the International HR Generalist or PEO as needed.

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Assist Regional Managers as needed in the recruitment process.
    • Manage onboarding workflows, including I-9 verifications, E-Verify submissions, and ensuring new hires complete all required documentation.
    • Coordinate with the International HR Generalist to ensure consistent hiring practices across regions.
    • Manage mandatory employment training for new venue representatives (i.e. harassment/discrimination, workplace violence).

    Compliance & Recordkeeping

    • Maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
    • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including reporting deadlines and mandatory training.
    • Support audits or data requests from Insperity or internal leadership.

    Process Improvement & Documentation

    • Assist in documenting HR workflows (onboarding checklists, training materials, SOPs).
    • Identify and recommend improvements to HR systems and processes for efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of HR administration or recruitment experience
    • Familiarity with US labor laws, payroll processes, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and contractor management.
    • Experience working with PEOs (preferably iSolved/Insperity) a strong advantage.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in virtual settings.
    • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
