Job Summary: The Human Resource Assistant supports the HR department by performing administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth communication between HR and employees. This role is essential in maintaining efficient HR operations and providing clerical support to HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR functions and administrative duties.
Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and conducting reference checks.
Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Handle inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, leaves).
Organize and maintain HR documents, such as policies, handbooks, and forms.
Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s in Human Resource
1+ year of administrative or HR experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
