Human Resources Assistant
The HR Assistant supports the HR Supervisor with full-cycle recruiting efforts while also assisting with general HR and administrative functions. This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition and plays a key part in creating a positive candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Support
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Provide general HR and administrative support
Respond to routine employee inquiries and support HR projects as needed
Recruiting
Manage the recruitment process from job posting through hire
Source, review, and screen candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records
Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment steps
Qualifications
Previous experience in Recruiting and/or HR
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and professionalism
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
