Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission of empowering individuals and families. This is an entry level position, which training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and well-informed
- Support employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within the company's platforms while ensuring data collection integrity
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, supporting conflict management and communication between staff and management
- Able to convey instructions and accomplish the given tasks by the given deadline
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1–2 years of administrative or HR experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
