    Job Description

    As a Human Resources Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our team by performing routine human resource tasks according to established guidelines. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, talent management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You’ll help create a positive onboarding experience, coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, maintain employment records, and assist with federal and state compliance and reporting. Additionally, you’ll support our team by updating templates and developing, compiling, and distributing reports. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team and advance your career in human resources. You will preform other various HR duties as needed.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred. In lieu of bachelor's degree, and associate degree is required.
