Description

We currently have ongoing Opportunities for highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistants who are deeply passionate about growing company. The HR Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

· Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department

· Manage all immigration processes and immigration files

· Manage and maintain all employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

· Oversee the immigration process and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases.

· Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews

· Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees

· Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

· Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive employee information.

Requirements

What we're looking for

· At least one year of HR related experience desired

Must have experience with Immigration processes

· Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

· Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
