    Position Summary

    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and employees, translating business objectives into effective people strategies. The HRBP partners with leaders to strengthen organizational capability, employee engagement, talent, culture, performance, and retention while ensuring HR practices are fair, consistent, and compliant.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, employee engagement, and change initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and workplace issues.
    • Lead and support employee engagement and experience initiatives, including employee listening, surveys, action planning, onboarding, and retention efforts.
    • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability.
    • Identify and mitigate employee and workforce risks while maintaining confidentiality, fairness, and compliance.
    • Analyze workforce and HR data to provide actionable insights on headcount, engagement, hiring, turnover, retention, and other key metrics.
    • Support HR operations, annual planning, budgeting, merit processes, HR systems, and continuous process improvement.
    • Support expatriate employees and other assigned employee populations as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor#39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience , preferably in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and providing guidance on complex HR matters.
    • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
