    Position Description:

    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role will support both Northeast sites, EM4 in Bedford and OCI in Boston, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The HRBP plays a critical role in driving employee engagement, performance, and overall business success across both locations.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Strategic Partnership
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives
    • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes
    Talent Management
    • Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and support recruitment strategies
    • Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives
    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans
    Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices
    • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions
    • Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and engagement
    Organizational Development
    • Drive initiatives related to leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change
    • Support the implementation of training and development programs
    • Assist in building high-performing teams aligned to company values
    HR Policy & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization
    • Partner with legal and compliance teams as needed
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Provide input into compensation planning, including salary reviews and incentive programs
    • Support benefits communication and employee understanding of programs
    HR Operations & Support
    • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development)
    • Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and continuous process improvements
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
    Skills & Competencies
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
    • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization
    • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    Preferred Certifications
    • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
