  • Responsibilities

    Overview:
    The HR Business Partner will lead all HR functions for a new site, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR program implementation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

    • Support employee engagement, training, and retention efforts

    • Administer HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave, performance, and safety

    • Advise on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

    • Collaborate with staffing partners to meet hiring needs

    • Provide HR metrics and monitor performance trends

    • Support site launch and other HR initiatives as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or distribution

    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required)

    • Experience with HRIS/talent management systems

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
