HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner --
Newly Created, High-Impact Role with Real Visibility
From Day-to-Day Details to the Executive Table
This is a newly created role where you’ll support both corporate functions and a core business unit.
Depending on your experience, you’ll come in as either HRBP or Senior HRBP — but in either case, you’ll operate across levels: owning the details yourself while also advising senior leaders.

Visibility and growth potential in a lean HR team
The Role
Partner with both corporate functions and a major business unit, advising leaders across multiple disciplines
Coach managers on performance, development, and employee relations
Run talent reviews, support development planning, and advise on org design
Own a range of day-to-day HR processes from maintaining accurate role data to supporting manager-driven hiring and offboarding activities.
Lead employee relations investigations and ensure consistent, compliant policies
Collaborate with hiring and HR operations partners on staffing, onboarding, compensation, and workforce planning
Contribute to HR projects that improve processes, systems, and employee experience
What We’re Looking For
6+ years progressive HR experience (employee relations as a core part of your work)
Comfortable flexing between tactical HR execution and strategic partnership
Proven ability to coach managers and navigate challenging personalities
Strong grasp of U.S. employment law; ability to manage risk and maintain confidentiality
Experience supporting both corporate and operational groups is a plus
This Role IS for You If
You thrive in visible HRBP roles where you flex between executive partnership and roll-up-your-sleeves execution
You’ve coached managers through performance challenges and built development plans that last
You want variety — supporting corporate leaders one day and handling employee-level issues the next
You’re motivated by autonomy, accountability, and operating in a lean HR team
This Role is NOT for You If:
You manage transactional HR, relying on a large team for tasks like job codes, requisitions, and compliance.
You’re looking for a strong hybrid or remote role — this is 4 days in office, 1 day at home, partnering closely with leaders and your team
Compensation
Base up to $95K + Bonus, depending on experience (HRBP vs. Senior HRBP level)
4 days in office
