    A leading global investment firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its Technology organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing strategic and hands-on HR partnership across a sophisticated, high-performing global technology function.

    The HRBP will work closely with leadership to understand business priorities, organizational needs, and talent objectives, translating them into thoughtful people strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment.

    This is an opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to have meaningful impact across talent management, organizational development, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and broader people initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders and managers across the Technology organization, developing a strong understanding of the business, talent landscape, and organizational priorities.
    • Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
    • Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, engagement, retention, and career progression.
    • Provide thoughtful guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing business objectives with sound HR practices and appropriate risk management.
    • Identify talent trends, organizational challenges, and emerging people needs, proactively developing solutions in partnership with leadership.
    • Support annual talent and compensation processes, including performance reviews, promotions, succession planning, and compensation discussions.
    • Leverage workforce data and talent insights to identify trends and inform decision-making.
    • Partner closely with Recruiting on workforce planning, talent mapping, organizational needs, and strategic hiring priorities.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues across Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development, Recruiting, HR Operations, and other specialist functions to deliver cohesive solutions to the business.
    • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives, helping leaders effectively communicate and navigate evolving business needs.
    • Build trusted relationships across levels while maintaining the discretion, judgment, and credibility required within a highly sophisticated organization.

    Qualifications

    • 7–15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.
    • Experience supporting Technology, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, or other highly technical populations strongly preferred.
    • Prior experience within financial services, investment management, technology, or another complex, high-performance environment preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and provide credible, commercially minded HR counsel.
    • Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
    • Ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with sound judgment, discretion, and confidence.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to identify trends, diagnose organizational challenges, and support decision-making.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility across a range of personalities and seniority levels.
    • Comfortable operating in an environment that is fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and continually evolving.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
