GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for fostering a positive workplace by managing the employer-employee relationship, ensuring policy compliance, resolving conflicts, and improving engagement. Key duties include conducting investigations, mediating disputes, advising management on disciplinary actions, and promoting a compliant, respectful work culture.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay Rate: $65k to $70K annually
