Our internship experience is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 31st, 2023 and concludes on August 11th, 2023.

About this business area:

Human Resources supports the enterprise by providing several "Centers of Excellence" that support our departments. Some of our divisions include: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning and Development, Corporate Shared Service, and Human Resources Business Partner consulting services.

You will work on:

Our summer internship rolls will vary based on the team you are assigned to work with. Our internship roles provide you with real work experience within Human Resource and you are aligned to projects that you may lead or contribute to. Examples of past internship work include developing talent acquisition strategies, colleague annual satisfaction survey results analysis and action planning, talent calibration, talent development, talent acquisition, diversity recruiting, analytics, employee engagement, payroll and tax.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

PAY RANGE

The typical pay range for this role is:

• Minimum: 17.00

• Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Meet educational requirements (see education section)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects

• Experience leading a school or work-related project

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Internship or work experience in related field such as business or human resource focus

• An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation

EDUCATION

You must meet the follow qualifications:

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

• Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024

• Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position. Examples include: Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Social Sciences
