    Job Summary

    We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience.

    Hiring Process:

    Application Review: We will carefully review all applications and resumes.

    Initial Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit.

    In-Person Interview: Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads.

    Reference Check: We will verify references and employment history.

    Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Onboarding and Offboarding:

    Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact, hiring to exit.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires.

    Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Training and Development:

    Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

    HR Policies and Procedures:

    Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

    Record Keeping and Reporting:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews.

    Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Proficiency in HR software.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position

    In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases

    Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Team player: No drama

    Dependable.

    Must have reliable transportation.
