Job Summary
Axillon is currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants broad exposure to the employee lifecycle.
The HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day support across recruiting, onboarding, trade compliance, employee records, HR systems, benefits, compliance, employee communications, and other HR programs. You will work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team to help deliver an efficient and positive employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing written and verbal offers, running background checks, processing Form I-9 and E-Verify documentation, conducting HR orientations, and coordinating equipment collection and exit paperwork.
Job Specifications
Education : Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
Years Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
