    Job Description

    This role offers a starting range of $28 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator/Branch Admin to work at our site. This position will support the branch with an overall goal to allow Management to focus on their respective responsibilities. The person will be responsible for:

    • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining, terminating, & training/development
    • Communicating effectively with Corporate Human Resources and managers
    • Maintaining employee directory, safety training records, personnel files, workers comp files
    • Assisting Supervisors and Managers to ensure consistency regarding HR issues and discipline
    • Working as office administrator: order supplies, coordinate meetings, meet visitors
    • Acting as a TPM - Education and Training Pillar Coordinator
    • Lead and maintain the site's INX Business Management System (BMS), driving quality initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and alignment with company quality objectives.
    • Facilitate Quality Council and Quality Day meetings, monitor quality metrics, analyze performance trends, and coordinate corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
    • Manage quality systems processes, including internal audits, ISO compliance activities, document control, records retention, and support for external customer and regulatory audits.
    • Oversee improvement and root cause analysis reporting, ensuring timely investigation corrective action implementation, and verification of effectiveness for quality-related issues and customer returns.
    • Support employee training and quality awareness programs, maintain training records, provide BMS and quality systems instruction, and assist site leadership in fostering a culture of quality excellence.

    ** To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:**

    • Have High School diploma or GED plus minimum 2 years HR experience
    • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Benefits, HR Policies
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Labor Laws, HIPAA laws, OSHA and workers comp requirements
    • Experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring process including pre-employment screenings and onboarding new hires.
    • Experience in training, record keeping, and discipline
    • Have good computer skills, outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office, Math skills,
    • Demonstrate detail orientation
    • Possess excellent communication and people skills
    • Maintain confidentiality of HR matters and sensitive employee information, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

    ** In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:**

    • Familiarity with employment law
    • Experience in Office Management
    • Quality Systems experience preferred
