    Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the organization’s payroll functions; serve as primary contact for payroll matters.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
    • Provide general HR support and, in coordination with HR Director, ensure policies are administered effectively and in accordance with federal and state regulations.
    • Develop and conduct orientation/onboarding and facilitate employee development.
    • Administer benefits and related recordkeeping.
    • Serve as first point of contact for employees at all levels of assigned locations with questions regarding HR-related policies, programs, and systems.
    • Assist in employee relations and other HR Functions as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of HR experience
    • 5+ years of Payroll experience with HRIS
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Outstanding computer skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
    • High level of self-motivation and excellence orientation
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and positive approach in dealing with problems
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and skills in interacting with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to meet company goals
