    About Monmouth Cards

Monmouth Cards is one of the fastest-growing sports and trading card retailers in the country — with 10+ retail locations across New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, a rapidly growing e-commerce business, live selling across multiple platforms, marketplace operations, and expanding wholesale and distribution businesses. Supporting more than 100 employees across multiple affiliated companies, our Human Resources department plays a critical role in helping our organization continue to grow while maintaining a positive employee experience.

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across nearly every area of HR. You'll work directly alongside the HR Manager, supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for a fast-growing, multi-entity organization.

The position will begin on a part-time basis while you train alongside the HR Manager. During a planned leave of absence later this year, you'll transition to a full-time schedule and serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource while working closely with company leadership to ensure HR operations continue to run smoothly. Following that period, the role is expected to continue on either a part-time or full-time basis as our growing organization expands and takes on additional HR initiatives and projects.
