Professional Dental is a growing dental organization committed to providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations in Utah. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is essential in supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and overall team management across our offices.
Compensation: $20–25/hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Support employee relations and assist with HR-related questions and concerns
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date
- Assist with scheduling, team communication, and internal coordination
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support management with staffing needs and performance follow-up
- Coordinate trainings and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, office management, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Experience with hiring platforms such as Indeed is a plus
