    Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Job Category: Human Resources Location: Hampton Roads Travel Required: On Site Reports to: CEO Position Type: Full-time DESCRIPTION: Maximize employee productivity and protect the company from issue that may arise. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing compensation and employee benefits packages while influencing a safe work environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This person will support the Business-Centered philosophy. The worker will work minimally a 40 hour week, Monday – Friday. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organize and manage employee records • Recruitment process • Managing job board postings • Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding • Updating employee handbooks • Resolving employee conflicts • conducting employee surveys • Scheduling employee recognition activities • Schedule training sessions • Maintaining employee training records • Logistics of training programs • Assisting employees with benefits enrollment
