We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dedicated and dynamic team of professionals! You will assist the Human Resources Manager from training new hires to retaining existing team members, and everything between. This role will provide leadership with strategic thinking to ensure annual franchise initiatives align with company goals.
This position requires an intellectually curious individual, with high emotional intelligence, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for finding creative solutions.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate the on-boarding and training of new employees
Guide employees through LMS training on Cornerstone system
Facilitate Performance Management and Performance Appraisal
Communicate with management on safety needs and team development
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Assist management with the implementing and enforcing company culture, values and policies
Initiate programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Facilitate and create training programs where necessary or lacking
Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a healthy work environment, with an emphasis on documentation
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, training and development, or other related fields
Knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, mobile apps, apple and pc computers

Previous experience in mitigation or construction industry preferred
Formal Education:
BS or BA in Human resource Management or business preferred
Minimum High School Diploma
Pay:
Between $22 and $25/hour dependent on prior experience and ability to learn and grow quickly
