  • Responsibilities

    Brandy Rice with The Forum Group PNW is working with a local organization to find a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-service driven, and enjoys problem-solving and working independently while collaborating closely with leadership. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and training
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries (in-person, phone, and email)
    • Maintain employee records (both electronic and paper), ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Track employee licenses, certifications, and other employment requirements
    • Assist with benefits administration, including employee communication and liaison with providers
    • Support payroll-related data tracking and general HR reporting
    • Manage incoming HR correspondence and route appropriately
    • Provide administrative support across HR functions as needed

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of relevant coursework or equivalent work experience in HR or administrative roles
    • Previous HR experience preferred
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro or similar) is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
    • Customer-service oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly
    • Knowledge of employment laws is preferred

    Preferred Education

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)

    Work Environment & Schedule

    • Fully on-site role with a private office
    • Flexible scheduling options (e.g., 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
    • No travel required
