Brandy Rice with The Forum Group PNW is working with a local organization to find a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-service driven, and enjoys problem-solving and working independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and training
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries (in-person, phone, and email)
- Maintain employee records (both electronic and paper), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track employee licenses, certifications, and other employment requirements
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee communication and liaison with providers
- Support payroll-related data tracking and general HR reporting
- Manage incoming HR correspondence and route appropriately
- Provide administrative support across HR functions as needed

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant coursework or equivalent work experience in HR or administrative roles
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro or similar) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of employment laws is preferred
Preferred Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully on-site role with a private office
- Flexible scheduling options (e.g., 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
