    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and processes, providing essential assistance in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that our HR programs and initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

    - Communicate with candidates regarding the recruitment process and provide updates

    - Maintain an organized database of applicants and facilitate interview processes

    - Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions

    - Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and training materials

    - Assist in the setup of workstations for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

    - Maintain employee files and ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date

    - Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations

    - Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll data entry

    - Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

    - Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

    - Help coordinate employee training and development programs

    - Assist in planning and organizing employee events, workshops, and recognition programs

    - Collect employee feedback and participate in initiatives to enhance workplace culture

    - Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

    - Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

    - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    - 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role preferred

    - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems

    - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

    - A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
