Greeley County Health Services is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our team. This is a full time position, servicing all hospital staff on both day and night shift.
Position summary: Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. Advises the CEO and provides consultation to management team on HR issues.
Responsibilities: Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. Directs the representation of GCHS at special marketing events including Health Fairs, County Fair booth, recruitment fairs, etc. Develops and implements marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and other marketing projects for the facility. Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs. Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
