Our Client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to build and implement HR from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who has successfully created structure, systems, and processes in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop HR policies, procedures & compliance programs
• Implement onboarding, performance management & employee relations
• Lead compensation, benefits & payroll setup
• Ensure federal & state labor law compliance
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy & culture
• Select and implement HRIS and vendors

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience building HR functions from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Experience supporting growing organizations
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date CEUs and HR best practices
• Strong leadership & communication skills
