The HR / Finance / Customer Service Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our office operations organized and supporting our team members throughout the employee lifecycle. This position supports human resources, office operations, customer service, and reporting, helping leadership maintain strong systems as our company continues to grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems, accountability, and supporting people.

Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
Track employee Raises, quarterly reviews and bonses and assist with inquiries related to HR policies and issues
Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis for decision-making.
Manage Career Plug recruiting system
Support updates to the emloyee handbook and position agreements
Support ADP administration
Assist with CRM reporting and internal reporting
Maintain Office inventory and supplies
Coordinate office travel and company events
Assist with team culture and events
Assist Leadership with EOS resporting and updates
Support Company Communications
Provide and assist with Finance reports
Assist with Customer payment processing
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR and Finance, Customer Service
Strong organizational skills, multi tasking and attention to detail.
Professional Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and ADP
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Detail orientated and dependable
High school diploma required; or related field preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
